Upper Body:
- 1 t-shirt: summer (ODLO cooling and UPF 25 sun protection)
- 1 long sleeve layer
- 1 fleece jacket
- 1 puffy jacket: Women’s Ghost Whisperer Down Hooded Jacket – From my research you need to find something over 800-fill insulation to resists moisture and maintains warmth.
- 1 shell jacket: Marmot Starfire Jacket – Women’s – I’m really happy with it, won’t change it.
Accessories
- Backpack:
- Osprey Mutant 38L They don’t make it anymore, but it’s the lightest and well fitted one I could find. (The lightest one I could find is actually the Arc’teryx Alpha FL 45L Backpack. But it is too big for me and it comes in one size. I’m 5’4″.)
- Poles: TRAIL TREKKING POLES – WOMEN’S. (I don’t recommend foldable poles as they are less resistant).
- Water: Platypus Hoser 2.0L Reservoir I need to change with insulated one.
- Gloves: 2 pairs (thin & thick)
- Hat:
- Scarf: Buff Headwear and Scarf (summer);
Other accessories:
- Kleenex,
- hand warmer,
- Head lamp: Black Diamond Storm Headlamp
- Sun glasses (very important on the snow),
- First aid kit (one person)

- Note: Have in double: Extra pair of socks, under-layers (if you get sweaty).
