This is the first overnight trip on the snow for me. It was great to learn all the tricks and tips around: Other fun activities & learnings: Highlights for me were around working as a team and forget about yourself and your ego and be there for the team! It’s a great feeling that invalidates you as a person in a way, but it individualizes the team bringing it to a different level! I love that feeling!
